Easy Vegan Ice Cream
A few simple ingredients and some time in the freezer is all you will need to have this treat around!
- 800 ml Coconut Cream
- 175 g Brown Sugar
- 1.5 T Vanilla Bean Essence
Optional
- Frozen Strawberries, Bananas, Raspberries or Blueberries
Whisk together ingredients and pour into freezer-safe dish.
Cover with plastic wrap, just touching the top of the mixture.
Freeze overnight. Will keep as-is in freezer for weeks. To avoid any icy bits forming on the top, just keep lightly covered with plastic wrap.
Use this as a base, adding frozen berries or other mix-ins of choice!
