Method
- Cook rice per package instructions, or use 1 cup per 1 3/4 cup stock. You can also use water here, if desired.1 cup Wild Rice, 1 3/4 cup Vegetable Stock
- Allow rice to cool and mix in remainder of ingredients. Form into golf ball-sized balls. Saute on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.5 tbsp GF Panko Breadcrumbs, 5 tbsp Vegan Mayo, 5 tbsp Vegan Parmesan, 5 tsp Potato, Tapioca or Corn Starch, 1 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 1/4 tsp Onion Powder, 1 1/4 tsp Curry Powder, 5 tsp Nutritional Yeast, 1/2 tsp Salt
