Preheat oven to 350f/160c fan. Prepare standard 1lb loaf tin with baking paper.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
150 g GF Flour, 1 tbsp Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp Baking Soda, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1.5 tsp Cinnamon
In additional bowl, mash bananas well and add rest of wet ingredients and sugar.
2-3 ripe bananas, 90 ml Almond Milk, 60 ml Oil, 2 tbsp Yogurt, 1 tbsp Flaxseed meal, 66 g Raw sugar
Add dry ingredients into wet, mix until just combined.
Add dark chocolate chips and/or walnuts, if using. Spread batter into prepared loaf tin and bake for 35-40 minutes until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing. I always enjoy my vegan banana bread slightly toasted!
