Strawberry Chia Jam
Super simple homemade jam made with nutritious chia seeds!
Cook Time 15 minutes mins
- 10 Diced Strawberries
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Dice strawberries and add to saucepan, heat on low adding sugar & chia seeds
Cook for 10-15 minutes until most of the berries have broken down
Allow to cool and thicken. Store in fridge up to a week, freezer for 2 months.
