- 1 cup GF Quick Oats
- 1/4 cup Flaxseed Meal
- 2 tbsp Powdered Ginger
- 1 tsp Powdered Turmeric
- 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup *See Notes
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
