Almond Butter, Cacao & Strawberry Toasties

Sweet toasties with homemade nut & seed bread, cacao, granola & jam

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Nut & Seed Bread (or any type of whole grain bread) *Recipe Below
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsp Granola of choice
  • 1 tbsp Strawberry Chia Jam *Recipe Below
  • 1/2 Sliced Banana
  • 1 tsp Cacao Nibs
  • 1 Amaranth Protein Ball (optional) *Recipe Below
  • 1 tbsp Hazelnut Butter (or dark chocolate drizzle)
  • 1 tsp Chopped Macadamia Nuts

Method
 

  1. Toast Nut & Seed bread until crisp
  2. Add layer of almond butter followed by granola, layer on banana and jam. Top with an Amaranth Protein Ball (optional) and chopped nuts, dark chocolate drizzle
