Easy Vegan Gozleme (+GF!)
This easy vegan gozleme is made with gluten free wraps, as well as a spinach, feta and pine nut vegan filling.
Course Appetizer, Side Dish, Snack
- 2 cups Spinach
- 2 T Vegan Feta crumbled
- 2 T Pine Nuts
- 2 Wraps
Place all ingredients on base of 1 wrap and cover with the other. Press down gently.
Saute on each side for 3-4 minutes, until feta is melted and wraps begin to slightly brown.
Cut and serve with a side salad, yoghurt, or dip of choice!
