- Place chickpeas in a bowl, add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp cumin. Roast for 20 minutes at 200c/400f until crisp.1 tin Chickpeas, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Cumin
- Grate carrot, chop cabbage, halve tomatoes and cook buckwheat.

- Serve on a bed of spinach or other greens.
