Inspired by the healthy green tea salad of Burma (Myanmar), this tea sauce & crunch mix combo are much welcomed unique products to the GF/Vegan scene. The tea sauce is an Australian-made first of its kind!! Ethically sourced from small generational farmers from Burma. The traditional green tea salad known locally as ‘laphet thoke’ is a fresh salad offered to guests as a gesture of good health. And good health indeed this sauce is made from handpicked and fermented green tea rich in antioxidants. The accompanying jar of crunchy nuts and fried beans is an easy way to add some protein to any dish. (3.4g per serve). I love easy, healthful products like that! Honestly, I was incredibly impressed and inspired by the product. Just unlike anything I’ve tasted. Supporting the company feels great as well, being local to Aus and innovative.
