Peanut Butter Chocolate Air Fryer Granola
A delightfully not-too-sweet snack made at home in the air fryer!
- 150 g Gluten Free Quick Oats (~2 cups)
- 40 g Coconut Oil (~2.5 T)
- 20 g Cocoa Powder (~1.5 T)
- 60 g Powdered Peanut Butter (1/4 cup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 35 g Nuts & Seeds of Choice I used walnuts & almonds
- 3 T Maple Syrup
- 20 g Dark Chocolate Chips
Preheat air fryer to 300f/150c
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Spread on an even layer on parchment in the air fryer. Air fry for 20 minutes, checking occasionally to stir for even baking.
Remove and while still warm, add chocolate chips.
Allow to then cool completely before storing
