Raw Cashews (Soaked)
Soaked for at least 2 hours

Water

Apple Cider Vinegar
Or juice of 1/2 lemon

Nutritional Yeast

Garlic Clove
Pinch
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Blitz all of these ingredients together in your food processor until creamy. Salt & pepper to taste
Enjoy straight away or put in the fridge to thicken a bit prior to serving
Can be stored in the freezer up to 2 months
