Hello, I’m The Mindful Peanut – aka Sara. I’m glad you’re here!

I am a plant-based Nutritionist & Chef specialising in vegan, gluten-free and low-FODMAP diets. Available for recipe & content development for businesses as well a health-focused consults or private chef services for individuals. I am also a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher, offering a mixture of all-levels classes with focus on accessibility, digestive health and anxiety relief. Check out my YouTube for free videos!
