Strawberry Chia Jam

Super simple homemade jam made with nutritious chia seeds!

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Diced Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Dice strawberries and add to saucepan, heat on low adding sugar & chia seeds
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes until most of the berries have broken down
  • Allow to cool and thicken. Store in fridge up to a week, freezer for 2 months.
