Peanut Butter Chocolate Air Fryer Granola
Peanut butter chocolate granola is a delicious and nutritious snack that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. This recipe has zero refined sugar and is lightly sweetened with maple syrup. I’ve made this recipe entirely gluten free and vegan as well, using GF quick oats and coconut oil. I also enjoy using powdered peanut butter in granola. The runny consistency of the peanut butter allows for a nice coverage and really helps create those delish little chunky morsels of oats we love in granola. I enjoy using the powdered PB on other goods as well, like my Chia Seed Puds! Making this in the air fryer was super quick and easy! But if you’d prefer it can also be baked on a single layer in the oven at 300deg for 30 minutes, flipping once.
Enjoy your delicious homemade peanut butter chocolate air fryer granola as a snack or as a topping for yogurt, ice cream, or smoothie bowls!
