Easy Vegan Ice Cream (No-Churn!)
I don’t know about you but I don’t have the kitchen space nor patience for an ice cream machine. Plus how often would I use such a thing? This easy vegan ice cream takes the fuss out of a delectable treat. I absolutely love how versatile this recipe can be as well. Add in your favourite frozen fruits to create flavoured versions. Or perhaps some cacao or cocoa powder for a chocolate version! Nuts, seeds – any of your favourite mixins are welcome here too. Enjoy this vegan ice cream without an ice cream maker!
Make this easy vegan ice cream with only 3 ingredients and some freezer time. Coconut cream, sugar and a good vanilla bean essence is all you need for this simple treat. Once you have the base made and frozen, you can add in berries, bananas, choccy or other mix-ins of choice and blend. I used a few frozen strawberries in my version!
Tons of other creative options for this cream. Smoosh it between two gluten free cookies, enjoy it in a gluten free crumble or even use it to top a porridge bowl!
